Complete your client intake.
Use this page after choosing a Southern Swing Studio coaching plan or when directed to submit videos for review.
Your videos and answers help build your GAME ON Assessment and Game Improvement Report. The goal is not to chase random swing tips. The goal is to understand your ball flight, tendencies, goals, and the next best step for your game.
What to Submit
For full-swing review, please include:
One face-on video
One down-the-line video
A short note about your typical ball flight and misses
For wedges, short game, putting, or scoring questions, submit the most relevant clips you have and explain what you want help improving.
You may also include practice footage, on-course clips, launch-monitor numbers, scorecards, or notes about patterns you keep seeing in your game.
Video Guidelines
Use a steady camera or tripod when possible.
For down-the-line video, place the camera around hand height, looking along the target line.
For face-on video, place the camera around hand height, centered on your body.
Record in good light. Avoid zooming. Try to capture the full club and full motion.
What Happens Next
After your intake is submitted, I will review your information and use it to prepare your coaching session, written assessment, and Game Improvement Report based on the plan you selected.

How to Film Your Swing

Keep the camera steady
Use a tripod if possible; set camera at hand height
Hands should be centered and full swing visible
Don't zoom
Move the camera instead
Use alignment sticks if available to keep the camera square to your target line
Record two angles
Down The Line: camera behind you, aimed at the target
Face-On: camera perpendicular to your target line
